Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about Shofic services — how delivery works, payment options, refill guarantees and account safety.

Do you need my account password?

Never. All services are delivered using only your public profile link, post link or username. Any provider that asks for your password should not be trusted.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency via Cryptomus. All payments are processed over encrypted connections.

Are social media growth services safe for my account?

We deliver gradually with natural-looking pacing and never request account access, which keeps risk minimal. That said, engagement services support visibility — they work best combined with genuine, quality content.

Do you offer services in Arabic-speaking regions?

Yes — Shofic serves customers worldwide, with dedicated focus on Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and the wider Arab region. Our support team answers in both English and Arabic.

Do I need an account or membership to order?

No. You can order as a guest — pick a package, share the public link it should go to, and pay. An account is optional and only adds order history and faster checkout.

How fast will my order start?

Most orders start within 0–30 minutes of payment confirmation. Each service page lists its typical start time and full delivery window. Larger packages are paced gradually so growth looks natural.

What is the refill guarantee?

Services marked with a refill guarantee are automatically topped up if counts drop within the guarantee window (30 or 60 days depending on the service). You can also submit a refill request from the support menu.

Can I get a refund?

If an order cannot be started or delivered as described, you receive a full refund to your original payment method or account balance. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order gets an ID you can check on the Track Order page, and registered users see live status for all orders in their dashboard.

Will the growth look natural on my profile?

That is the point of gradual delivery: instead of one sudden jump, orders are paced over hours or days depending on size, so the trend line looks like organic momentum rather than a spike.
