What we promise

Transparent package pricing on every service, realistic delivery windows, honest service notes, and support that answers around the clock in English and Arabic. Covered services carry automatic refill guarantees with the coverage window stated on the service page.

What we never do

We never ask for account passwords or login credentials. We never make guarantees about virality, monetization or platform-level outcomes we cannot control. We never resell your data, and we never deliver to accounts without a valid public link or username supplied by the customer.

Service boundaries

Our services provide visibility and social proof support. They are not a substitute for quality content, and they do not count toward platform monetization thresholds. We describe each service accurately so you can make an informed decision before ordering.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed over encrypted channels — card, bank transfer or Cryptomus. If an order cannot start or complete as described, you receive a full refund to your original payment method or account balance, per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Compliance and abuse

We refuse orders that target accounts without authorization evidence of ownership or public availability, orders intended for harassment, and orders that violate applicable law. Reports of abuse are reviewed within one business day.
