These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Shofic, a digital services provider operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Shofic", "we", "us"), and any person who accesses shofic.com or places an order through it ("you", the "Customer"). "Services" means the social media visibility and engagement services listed on the site, such as followers, likes, views and comparable deliverables. "Order" means a purchase of one or more Services confirmed at checkout. "Service page" means the page describing a specific Service, including its quantity, delivery estimate and any guarantee.
By using the site or placing an Order you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the site or the Services.
Shofic delivers digital visibility and engagement to public social media accounts, posts or videos that you identify by link or username. Each Service page states what is delivered, the estimated start and completion window, and whether a refill guarantee applies. Service pages are the authoritative description of each Service; where these Terms and a Service page differ on delivery details, the Service page prevails for that Order.
The Services do not include managing your account, creating content, or accessing your account in any way. Shofic never asks for and never accepts account passwords.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally capable of entering into a contract. By placing an Order you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Services does not violate any law applicable to you.
Orders are placed through the site’s checkout without a mandatory account. Your cart is stored locally in your browser until you complete checkout. When ordering, you must supply a valid email address for order updates and an accurate public link or username for the target account, post or video. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the target you submit; delivery to the target you provided constitutes valid delivery even if you intended a different target.
An Order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an Order that violates these Terms; in that case any amount paid for the unstarted Order is refunded in full.
Prices are displayed on each Service page and in the order summary before payment. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in US Dollars; where local payment methods are offered, the converted amount is shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect Orders already paid. Where applicable law requires taxes such as VAT to be added, the amount charged at checkout is the final amount payable. You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank, card issuer or crypto network.
Payments by card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency are processed by external payment providers over encrypted connections. Shofic does not store full card numbers or wallet private keys.
Services are digital and delivery begins after payment confirmation, within the start window stated on the Service page. Stated start and completion times are good-faith estimates based on normal conditions; they are not absolute commitments, because delivery speed also depends on the third-party platform. During delivery, the target account or content must remain public, and its username or link must not change. Delivery is complete when the ordered quantity has been supplied to the target you submitted.
Where a Service page states a refill guarantee, we will replace, free of charge, any delivered quantity that drops during the stated guarantee period. To claim a refill, contact support with your order ID within the guarantee period. Refills are processed after we verify the drop and normally begin within the same start window shown on the Service page. The refill guarantee does not cover drops caused by the customer making the account private, changing the username or deleting the target content, and it does not apply to Services whose pages state no guarantee.
You may only submit targets that you own or that you are expressly authorized to promote. It is strictly prohibited to place Orders that target another person’s account without authorization, that are intended to harass, defame, impersonate or harm any person, or that promote content which is unlawful, hateful, or infringes the rights of others. It is also prohibited to use the Services to manipulate paid advertising metrics, contests or any system where engagement figures create a financial or contractual entitlement.
We may cancel any Order that we reasonably believe violates this section and, for repeated or serious violations, refuse future Orders. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of the platform on which your account is hosted.
The Shofic name, logo, site design, text and software are the property of Shofic or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the site’s content without prior written permission. Trademarks of third-party platforms mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the platforms on which Services are delivered.
Shofic is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook or any other social media platform. Those platforms control their own systems, algorithms and policies; how delivered engagement is displayed, counted or maintained ultimately depends on them. Except for the refill guarantee expressly stated on a Service page, the Services are provided "as is" and we make no promise about specific outcomes, reach, ranking or account growth beyond the ordered quantity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shofic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities or reputation, or for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account or content. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for material breach of these Terms, fraud or unlawful use; paid Orders that have not started are refunded in such cases unless the termination results from your fraud. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute not resolved amicably through support is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where mandatory consumer law grants you the courts of your own residence.
