Bosnia and Herzegovina is one country with two advertising markets. Sarajevo, Tuzla and Zenica read one set of papers and watch one broadcaster; Banja Luka reads another; and Mostar sits closer to Split than to either. A café, a salon, a joinery or a flat to rent is sold from a profile in all four cities, but the room a post lands in is not the same room. A business that treats three million people as a single audience is addressing a country that does not gather in one place.

Mostar’s Old Bridge, rebuilt in 2004 after the original stood for 427 years — the image the country sells itself with, and the one a Bosnian account is judged beside.

The second thing that is true here and almost nowhere else: a large part of the audience does not live in the country. Roughly a third of the people born here are abroad — Germany, Austria, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, the United States — and they send home close to three billion marks a year. They also come back. Between late June and the end of August the plates on the street are German and Austrian, weddings are held, houses are finished, and a year of spending happens in eight weeks.

That is the difference from the Dalmatian coast, where the customer abroad is a stranger who does not read the language. Here the customer abroad is a cousin, and she reads every caption. She also opens the profile in March for a trip in July, from Stuttgart, with no way to walk past the shop. The follower count is the whole of what she can see. Orders start within minutes, delivery is paced across hours so nothing arrives as a suspicious spike, and every follower package carries a 30-day refill guarantee. You never share a password: a public username or a post link is all we need.

Pourquoi une audience real compte ici

Here is the plain answer, since it is not the one you will get elsewhere: there are no Bosnia-targeted followers. Not on Instagram, not on TikTok, not from us. You will find a shop or two advertising domestic Bosnian followers; we cannot source them and will not repeat the claim to win an order. The one country-targeted line that genuinely exists here is TikTok views delivered from Bosnia — $2.40 per thousand against $0.35 for the worldwide pool, the premium being the narrower source rather than better views.

That absence costs you less here than it would across the border. A Serbian shop wants a Serbian follower list because the customer is down the street. Your list is read by someone in Munich as often as by someone in Ilidža, and the European package is closer to that mix than any single-country pool would be. What actually carries the local signal is the caption, and this is where Bosnia becomes its own problem. Write in the variant you speak. The platforms treat Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian as one language for targeting, so nothing is gained or lost technically — but a reader hears which one you chose, and a business in Mostar, Sarajevo or Banja Luka is choosing an audience the moment it chooses a word.

Payer in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The mark does not float. Under the currency-board law it is fixed to the euro at 1 EUR = 1.95583 BAM — a rate inherited from the Deutsche Mark and not moved once since 1998 — so a euro price becomes a mark price you can work out before you pay rather than read afterwards. Prices are shown in dollars by default with a euro switch at the top of the page, and on a card issued here the euro figure is the better one: $10 is worth whatever the dollar is worth this week, while €10 is 19.56 KM this week, next year and the year after. Bosnian Visa and Mastercard are accepted, and no account on our site is needed — an email address for the confirmation and the order number is enough. A declined payment is almost always an online-purchase limit set on the card itself, which you can raise in your bank’s app.

Questions fréquentes

Should I write my captions in Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian?

Whichever one you actually speak, and do not switch between them. The platforms do not distinguish the three for targeting — they read as one language — so nothing technical is gained or lost by the choice. What changes is who feels addressed. If your customers are in Banja Luka they will write pratioci; in Mostar it will be pratitelji; Sarajevo’s own press publishes both, sometimes in the same week. There is no neutral word here, only a natural one, and the natural one is yours.

Can I get followers from Bosnia?

No, and nobody can. There is no Bosnia-targeted follower supply on any platform we buy from, which is why you will not find that package here however far you scroll. What does exist is TikTok views delivered from Bosnia, which push a video toward a local feed — that is a real product, and the only country-targeted one this market has. For followers the European package is the honest substitute: real accounts based across Europe, which is roughly where your audience lives anyway once the diaspora is counted.

How much is that in marks?

Multiply the euro price by 1.95583 and you have it exactly. The mark is fixed to the euro by law and the rate has not moved since 1998, so €10 is 19.56 KM and will still be 19.56 KM next year. Switch the site to euro before you pay and what your bank takes is that arithmetic plus whatever it charges for a foreign transaction. Left in dollars the amount is a moving target, because the dollar moves against the euro and therefore against the mark. Packages start at $0.03 for the cheapest service and $0.97 for Instagram followers.

Facebook or Instagram first?

Facebook, for most businesses here, which is the reverse of the advice we give in Serbia. Facebook has about 1.45 million users in Bosnia against Instagram’s 1.10 million, and the gap is not the whole reason — the diaspora is the rest of it. People who left in the nineties are in their fifties now and they are on Facebook, in town and country groups where a joiner or a caterer gets recommended by name. If you sell on appearance — hair, cakes, interiors, clothing — Instagram still comes first. If you sell on being known, the page is where you are known.

When in the year should I buy?

Before June, if the diaspora is part of your trade. The people who arrive in July decide in spring — the wedding photographer, the dentist, the builder and the rental are chosen from Germany or Austria weeks ahead, and the profile is what they choose from. An account that starts looking established in August has missed the season. Outside that, pacing matters more than timing: orders from Bosnia are typically a few dollars at a time, which is the right instinct rather than a limitation — small batches a week apart give a more believable curve than one large order. Follower packages carry a 30-day refill guarantee.
